Acre Resort & Spa (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) is committed to protecting your Personal Data. We assure you that your Personal Data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act in Lobo – Malabrigo – Laiya Rd, Lobo, Batangas, Philippines.

Definitions

The terms and definitions used in this Privacy Notice are detailed below:

• Personal Data: As specified in clause 2 “Types of Personal Data Collected”.
• Data Controller: A natural or legal person who has the authority and responsibility to make decisions regarding the collection, storage, usage, and disclosure of Personal Data.
• Data Processor: A natural or legal person who processes the collection, storage, usage, or disclosure of Personal Data according to the order or on behalf of the Data Controller. However, this person is not the Data Controller.
• Data Subject: Any individual who can be identified, directly or indirectly, via Personal Data.
• Person: A natural person.
• DPO: Data Protection Officer.

Types of Personal Data Collected

Personal Data refers to information about an individual from which that person can be identified, whether by direct or indirect means. However, Personal Data does not include information of deceased persons and anonymous data.

• Identity Data: Information that can be used to identify an individual, whether directly or indirectly, such as name, surname, date/month/year of birth, gender, ID number, driving license number, passport number, and marital status.
• Contact Data: Information such as email address and phone number.
• Sensitive Data: Information such as ethnicity, beliefs, religion, health information (including food and general allergies), biometric data, and criminal history data. If we have unintentionally received such data and have no intention to collect it, and the data is not intended to be used to facilitate your stays at our hotels, We will not process your sensitive data.
• Financial and Transactional Data: Information such as bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, monthly income, and payment information.
