Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they form the basis on which bookings for Acre Resort & Spa are accepted. These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made directly via the resort’s website and payments made through payment gateway systems. The resort is located at Lobo – Malabrigo – Laiya Rd, Lobo, Batangas, Philippines.

By using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Check-In Terms

Check-In Time: Guests are welcome to check in starting at 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. If guests arrive earlier than 2:00 PM, they can leave their luggage at the front desk for free.
Identification: All guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification card or passport at the time of check-in.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Check-Out Terms

Check-Out Time: Check-out must be completed by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Room Inspection: A room inspection may be conducted before departure to ensure there are no damages or missing items.
Key Return: All keys must be returned to the front desk at check-out. Failure to do so may result in a fee to replace the keys.

Reservation Policy

Guest reservations on any online platform will only be SECURED and CONFIRMED once 50% of the total amount has been paid within 24 hours due to high demand. Guests must send proof of payment with the reservation confirmation number within 24 hours of booking. Guests are responsible for all banking fees and transaction costs. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation if proof of payment is not submitted within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations for guaranteed reservations are subject to cancellation fees. Cancellation requests should be sent via email or through our Facebook page. If a cancellation is received within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be charged for the first 2 nights. If the cancellation is received within 21 days before arrival, the guest will be charged for the full period. Please be aware that failure to arrive at the resort will be considered a No-Show, and no refund or re-booking will be given.

House Rules

Noise Policy: To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, we request that noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Smoking Policy: All rooms, including Cabanas, are strictly non-smoking. A specific smoking area is designated for guests who wish to smoke. Smoking in non-designated areas will result in a fine equivalent to 2 room nights based on the tariff rate.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in all areas of the resort except the pool area. Owners must keep pets on a leash in public areas and have them wear diapers at all times.
Room Capacity: Each room has a maximum occupancy, which includes children. Exceeding this number without resort consent may result in additional charges or eviction.
Safety and Security: For the safety and security of all guests, non-registered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
Pool Usage: Guests must adhere to the posted pool rules, including proper swimming attire and supervising children at all times.
Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the room or resort property caused by themselves, their guests, or any persons for whom they are responsible.

The resort reserves the right to charge the guest’s account for any incidental fees due to damages or rule violations. Non-compliance with house rules may result in the termination of the reservation and eviction from the property without a refund.

These policies are communicated to all guests prior to their arrival through the booking confirmation and are also available on the resort’s official website. The resort reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
